Healthcare Programs
Mark Campbell offers the following services to healthcare organizations and individual executives. In these programs he draws on twenty-five years coaching and teaching communication and leadership skills to a wide array of professionals. Mark is an instructor at the Harvard School of Public Health where he teaches courses in communications to physicians and physician executives.
Leadership Development for Healthcare Executives
Performing at a high level in today's healthcare environment is a daunting task. M. J. Campbell Associates has designed a leadership coaching process for the healthcare executive who wants to take his or her performance to the next level. This process consists of administering surveys to assess the executive's leadership competence, designing a customized high performance action plan and providing six months of one-on-one coaching.
Virtual Presentations Coaching
There are times in everyone's career when we are called upon to deliver "high stakes" presentations. These events can significantly benefit our careers and/or our organization. However, if we fail to meet our objectives, the results can be quite serious. It is at times like these that professional coaching can dramatically increase the odds of success.
Managing Physician Performance Seminar
This seminar is designed to provide the management skills necessary for facilitating high-level physician performance in hospitals and other institutions. A variety of adult learner approaches are employed including guided discussion, coaching pairs and action planning.
Communication Skills for Physicians Presentation
Physician success increasingly depends on communicating effectively with patients, peers and staff. In this one-hour presentation, Mark introduces elements from his book, Five Gifts of Insightful Leaders, which was published in the spring of 2006. In particular he will address how trust, empathy and appreciation are the foundation for successful communication with patients, peers and staff.
