We employ a Five-Phase Coaching Process in working with executives:

Establish coaching goals for the client with a senior executive.

Conduct a diagnostic process, such as 360 Feedback, to obtain perceptions of the client's performance and skill level.

Develop an action plan with the client.

Coach the client to meet the goals of the action plan.

Conduct second generation diagnostics, twelve months following the coaching assignment.
