Coaching Readiness Assessment

The following assessment is designed to determine you readiness for applying coaching skills. Please complete the survey by checking either True or False for each statement.

1. I find it difficult to listen to people who speak slowly or have trouble expressing their thoughts.
2. I'm a very direct person. I give performance feedback without trying to temper the message.
3. I try to solve problems that employees are experiencing as quickly as possible so we can move on to other business situations.
